Just for Fun - Tarot Card Pull - October 30, 2024 This week's card is the Nine of Cups, from one of my favorite decks,  Tarot of the Divine by Yoshi Yoshitani . This deck is "inspired by deities, folklore, & fairy tales from around the world" and there is a stunning  companion lore book  that I highly recommend, whether you own the tarot deck or just want a beautiful lore book for your collection. Per the author's guidebook, the  Nine of Cups  means: * Upright: Dreams realized, fulfillment, pleasure, recognition, triumph * Reversed: Greed, devastation, pessimism, addiction, self-loathing The card art represents Taj Al-Muluk and the Princess Dunya from Arabic folklore and the guidebook has a brief overview of the scene depicted. I love that this card was pulled at the end of October and at the end of fairy tale lore here at Lily's Lore and Legends. YouTube Issues This was bound to happen, right? I start getting my head above water suddenly I have an issue that makes me realize I am nowhere near shore. But I got a notification that YouTube and I were permanently broken up and I had a good cry over it, when to beg them to take me back, only to find out they already had.
